Alex Kealy is a stand-up comedian who reached the final of the prestigious So You Think You're Funny competition in his first year of performing and is now a "rising star of the British stand-up scene" (The List).
He has taken six hours of stand-up to the Edinburgh Fringe, the latest being 2024's The Fear which played to packed rooms and critical acclaim, with Broadway Baby's 5-star review calling it "a career-defining show...so technically clever that it's almost beautiful".
The Daily Telegraph has also called him "sharply witty, almost sexily cerebral" and The Sunday Times has praised his "storming show from the whimsical funnyman".
He has appeared on BBC Radio 4's The News Quiz and The Now Show, and co-hosts hit music podcast Gig Pigs with Ivo Graham. He has opened for Jack Dee, Shaparak Khorsandi, Tom Rosenthal, Zoe Lyons, Kieran Hodgson and Pierre Novellie on tour.
